General Introduction of CLEC 2024
With challenges in the era of knowledge economy, innovative education is used to cultivate students' innovative spirit and ability. Due to the universality of knowledge, building a cross-cultural environment is vital to innovative education, which can create diversified exploration channels and the approaches of spreading knowledge. Language, as the most common way of human communication, carries culture and is also the bridge of cultural exchange. Aimed to promote the development of innovative education, encourage multicultural communication and explore the importance of language, 2024 2nd International Conference on Language, Innovative Education and Cultural Communication (CLEC 2024) will be held from 26-28 April 2024 in Wuhan, China. CLEC 2024 is an international forum for researchers to present their latest research and development results in all areas of language, innovative education and cultural communication etc. CLEC 2024 welcomes all high-quality research papers and presentations from related research fields. CLEC 2024 also welcome researchers to discussing the connection and development of language, innovative education and cultural exchanges, and contribute ideas to promote innovative education and cultural exchanges.

Publication
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to CPCI, CNKI for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Details of the attending registration
Join as a Presenter: If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend CLEC 2023 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration. For further information, please contact us at: 
Join as a Listener: CLEC 2023 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.

Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees for CLEC 2023 Regular is 370 USD / 2400 CNY per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 30 USD / 200 CNY.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:  
   • Accommodation
   • Visa application fee
   • Transportation fare
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao. 
8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
