About IEEE-ITW’24
The 2024 IEEE Information Theory Workshop will be held on November 24-28, 2024 in Shenzhen, China.
The conference consists of a daily plenary followed by two parallel technical sessions throughout the day.
IEEE-ITW'24 solicits and welcomes original contributions on the frontiers of information theory, statistics, coding theory, and their applications, as well as interactions between information theory and other fields such as data science, biology, and signal processing.

Scope of Submission
Original papers on Information and Coding Theory are encouraged for submission.
The scope of submission includes but not limited to.
1. Machine learning and big data analytics.
2. Frontiers of coding theory and practice.
3. Quantum information and coding.
4. Information theory and statistics, biology and signal processing.
5. Network information theory.
6. Network coding and distributed storage.
7. Information theoretic security.
Publication
The official language of the conference is English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials.
Authors are encouraged to use LaTeX to format manuscripts. You can use the IEEE Conference Templates
Manuscripts for publication will not exceed 5 pages in length plus an optional extra page containing references only.
Manuscripts should use font size no smaller than 10 points, and have reasonable margins on all the 4 sides of the text. Papers should have no page numbers and no headers or footers. The top and bottom margins should be at least 0.5 inches (US letter) to leave room for page numbers. All fonts should be embedded in the pdf file.
Each paper must have at least one author register as an attendee. Papers that are not presented at IEEE-ITW’ 24 by an author will not be published either in the proceedings or in IEEE Xplore, unless the TPC chairs grant explicit permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event who is qualified to present the paper and to answer questions.

IEEE-ITW'24 will take place at the Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel. The interior design of the hotel is designed by Cheng Chung Design(CCD). The hotel is located on Liuxian Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, adjacent to the Shenzhen University Town with a strong academic atmosphere. The location is convenient and a 5-minute walk can bring you to University Town Station on Metro Line 5. It takes only 15 minutes to drive to the High-tech Industrial Park and Shenzhen Bay Port.
