2026 2nd International Conference on Health Informatization and Data Analysis(HIDA 2026) will be held on March 27-29, 2026 in Guangzhou, China.

Building on the achievements of the inaugural HIDA 2025, HIDA 2026 aims to deepen the exploration of transformative technologies and innovative approaches in health informatics and data analysis. This year’s conference will place special emphasis on emerging trends such as real-time health data processing, personalized and precision medicine driven by multi-omics data integration, and the application of advanced machine learning models in predictive healthcare.

• Publication and Submission 

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of HIDA 2026 will be published in Conference Proceedings Serie, which will be archived in the conference proceedings, and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus.

• Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure

• Program

Academic Investigation

* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.

Participation

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
