Introduction to the conference

Successfully held in Guangzhou, Guilin and Shanghai, China in the past seven years, ICAEER is an annual conference which explores the development and implications in the related fields of energy and environment research with an objective to present the novel and fundamental advancements.  The 2023 8th International Conference on Advances in Energy and Environment Research & Clean Energy and Energy Storage Technology Forum (ICAEER & CEEST 2023) [第八届能源与环境研究进展国际学术会议暨清洁能源与储能技术高峰论坛 (ICAEER & CEEST 2023)]  will be held on October 13-15, 2023 in Shanghai, China.  ICAEER & CEEST 2023 will serve as an international forum for the presentation and exchange of technological advances and research results in the broad fields of energy research. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit your research papers to this conference, and share your latest research results and valuable experiences with other top-scientists, engineers and scholars from all over the world.

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees.After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in E3S Web of Conferences (ISSN: 2267-1242), and submitted to CNKI, EI Compendex, Scopus, Inspec for indexing.

Please submit your papers via the Online Submission System.

(1) The paper should be original, written in English, not pure review articles, and the full text should be submitted for review.

(2) Authors can check the duplicates at their own expense through the two duplicate checking websites, CrossCheck or Turnitin, and the duplication rate shall not be higher than 30%.

(3) The thesis should be formatted according to the template, with no less than 4 pages.

(4) Contributing authors can attend the conference for free. Please go to the registration system to register for the conference after registration.

 Registration

(1) Audience: Participate in the meeting only, and observe all the meetings.

(2) Oral report: To participate in the meeting and make a report, please organize the report summary and PPT into a document, upload it through the registration system, and the successful registration report will be included in the meeting schedule. (Note: Abstracts of oral presentations are not submitted for publication)

(3) Poster presentation: Participate in the conference and display posters. (Poster template could be checked in conference materials)

Registration fee：

1. Regular Registration for Paper: 490 USD/3400 CNY per paper  (4 pages)

2. IEEE Member/Committees: 470 USD/3200 CNY per paper(4 pages)

3. Extra Pages (Begin at Page 5): 40 USD/ extra page   300 CNY/ extra page 

4. Attendees without Submission(Presenter&Listener): 200 USD/1200 CNY per person

Join as a Presenter: If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend as a Presenter.
