Conference Introduction

The Second International Conference on Communication Security and Information Processing (CSIP 2025) will be held in Guangzhou, China from May 9th to 11th, 2025. The purpose of this conference is to gather experts and scholars from relevant fields around the world to jointly explore cutting-edge research achievements and innovative practices in the fields of communication security and information processing. The conference agenda is rich, including theme reports, oral presentations, and poster displays, covering multiple hot topics such as artificial intelligence, 5G/6G communication technology, and network security. Publication

After strict review by 2-3 organizing committee experts, the papers submitted for CSIP 2025 will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS) and submitted to EI Compendix and Scopus for retrieval. At present, the retrieval of conference papers is stable.

The layout of the EI conference manuscript shall not be less than 8 pages.

The conference only accepts manuscripts in English. If you need translation services, please contact the conference teacher.

Authors who publish papers are required to submit the full text for peer review, and only report without publishing the paper. They only need to submit an abstract.

The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or international academic journals or conferences. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published.

The author may conduct plagiarism checks at their own expense through iThenticate or other plagiarism checking systems. Any rejection caused by article similarity will be the responsibility of the author.

After payment for manuscript acceptance, if the manuscript needs to be withdrawn due to personal reasons, a 30% registration fee will be deducted.

Refund Notice

If attendees request to cancel the meeting and receive a refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

*60 days before the meeting - refund 70% of the payment

*30-60 days before the meeting -50% refund of funds

*30% refund within 30 days prior to the meeting

*After the meeting: No refunds

Cancellation and refund requests must be formally submitted via email.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the date and location of the conference due to force majeure, and shall not be held responsible for any losses caused by force majeure events. The refund policy also does not apply.

Meeting Notice

There are three forms of participation for CSIP 2025: oral speech, poster display, and audience. Participants can click on the link below for specific instructions

1. Oral presentation: Apply for an oral report, which will take approximately 10-15 minutes

2. Poster display: Create A1 size color posters for online/offline display

3. Audience participation: Only participate without submitting, can communicate and interact with on-site guests/scholars

4. Please submit the PPT and poster to the conference email one week before the meeting

5. After the paper is accepted, one author can enjoy a free participation quota
