· About BDAMEA 2025

2025 International Conference on Big Data Applications, Mechatronics Engineering and Automation will be held on December 12-14, 2025 in Suzhou, China. The conference will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in big data applications, mechatronics engineering and automation.

BDAMEA 2025 aims to serve as a platform for exploring and discussing innovative ideas and remarkable achievements in big data applications, mechatronics engineering and automation, bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical applications. BDAMEA warmly welcomes authors to submit their articles highlighting ongoing research results, projects, surveys, and industrial experiences that showcase significant advancements in all related areas.

The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus  for indexing.

Submission Guidelines

1.The paper should be typeset according to the template and should not be less than 4 pages.

2.Papers must be in English and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.

3.Weight check rate is less than 30%. Authors can check your own weight through the CrossCheck, Turnitin, iThenticate or other query system.

· Program

* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.

Participation

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

· Registration

* Please consult an advisor before submitting for details of submission discounts. Discounts cannot be used in combination.

* One regular registration can cover a paper within 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

4. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
