About IPIC 2025

2025 5th International Conference on Image Processing and Intelligent Control (IPIC 2025) will be held on May 9-11, 2025 in Qingdao, China.

IPIC 2025 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Image Processing and Intelligent Control to a common forum.

The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Image Processing and Intelligent Control and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. Submission Methods

1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.

2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to the ENGLISH SUBMISSION SYSTEM ( 海外投稿通道) or the CHINESE SUBMISSION SYSTEM（国内投稿通道）

3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.

4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

Note: 

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made.

2) All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Submit to EI Conference

All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus  for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Registration fee to IPIC 2025

Registration Note: 

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

5. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao. 

6. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you. 

7. At least 30% of registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.

The Sixth International Conference on Next Generation Data-driven Networks (IPIC 2025)  will be held in Shenyang, China during June 6-8, 2025.
