MLNN 2025 will focus on the fundamental theories, key technologies, and practical applications of learning systems and neural networks, encompassing various sub-fields such as deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning. By means of invited presentations, keynote speeches, sub-conference presentations, poster sessions and other forms of communication channels available to us today; we aim to showcase the latest research findings and technological innovations in related fields from both academia and industry.

1. Conference Proceedings
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all the accepted papers of MLNN 2025 will be published inin ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series) and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

█ Submission
1.The paper should be typeset according to the template and should not be less than 4 pages.
2.Papers must be in English and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.
3.Weight check rate is less than 30%. Authors can check your own weight through the CrossCheck, Turnitin, iThenticate or other query system.

1. Paper Authors: The edition fee includes a free place to attend the conference. The other authors can register as normal participant. All the authors can apply the presentation for free.
2. Keynote Speaker: Apply for the keynote speech on the conference. Please submit your personal CV, presentation title and abstract.
3. Oral Presenter: Apply for the oral presentation on the conference. Please submit your presentation title and abstract.
4. Poster Presentation: Apply for print the poster and the poster will be shown on the conference hall. Please submit the A1 vertical and electronic version.
5. Audience Participation: No submission but only participation.
