In order to adapt to the changing world in the new era and the rapid development of China, 2025 5th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality and Visualization will be held on September 26-28 2025, in Chengdu, China. This conference will focus on the latest research fields of "artificial intelligence", "virtual reality" and "visualization technology", and provide a forum for experts, professors, scholars, engineers, etc. from domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutes, enterprises and institutions. An international platform for sharing professional experience, expanding professional networks, exchanging new ideas face-to-face and presenting research results, discussing key challenges and research directions faced by the development of this field, with a view to promoting the development and application of theories and technologies in this field in universities and enterprises , but also for the participants to establish business or research contacts and to find global partners in future careers.

The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus  for indexing.

Submission Guidelines

1.The paper should be typeset according to the template and should not be less than 4 pages.

2.Papers must be in English and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.

3.Weight check rate is less than 30%. Authors can check your own weight through the CrossCheck, Turnitin, iThenticate or other query system.

· Program

* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.

Participation

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

· Registration

* Please consult an advisor before submitting for details of submission discounts. Discounts cannot be used in combination.

* One regular registration can cover a paper within 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

4. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
