The 2025 5th International Conference on Advanced Algorithms and Signal Image Processing（AASIP 2025) will be held on August 08-10, 2025 in Xiamen China. The conference aims to provide a platform for experts and scholars engaged in Optical Imaging and Sensing and Signal Processing in Optical Communications research, university graduate students, and teachers to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, and broaden research ideas. AASIP sessions will include presentations on new research results and tutorials. Papers describing original work are invited in any of the computer, advanced algorithms, and signal image processing areas that the Call for Papers considers. Accepted papers will be included in the AASIP 2025 Conference Proceedings.

1. Conference Proceedings
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICSPCS 2025 will be published in the SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

* Early bird prices, regular customers/student discounts need to contact the conference Secretary in advance to show their ID and change the price, the discounts cannot be stacked.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
